Lynch, et al, examine the trend of local food procurement in public institutions, offering a wide ranch of reflective tools for entities considering or implementing these policies. The research study was a collaboration of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Illinois Public Health Institute (IPHI) partnered with Crossroads Resource Center (CRC) and the National Network of Public Health Institutes, examining case studies.
